Cozy Girls Getaways – Retreat Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a retreat ticket, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:
   Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent
   to you with your registration details.
   Your retreat ticket includes only the items listed on the sales page at the time of
   purchase
2. Cancellation, Transfer, and Refunds:
   Retreat organizers do not issue refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, or early arrivals.
   All bookings are final but transferable. If a waitlist exists, retreat organizers may attempt
   to fill your spot, but it ultimately your responsibility to find to fill your spot if you cannot
   attend.
3. Retreat Guest Responsibilities:
   Retreat guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the
   retreat, unless otherwise noted in the retreat package.
   Retreat guests must ensure they have their travel documentation (e.g., passports,
   visas) as required.
   Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all retreat guests, especially if flying
   and/or renting a car. Cozy Girl Getaways/Firak Consulting Group LLC are not
   responsible for any financial losses due to travel disruptions, cancellations, or other
   issues.
   Retreat guests must inform retreat organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or
   dietary restrictions. A pre-retreat survey will be sent to collect this information.
   Retreat guests are financially responsible for any damage they cause to property during
   the retreat.
4. Changes to Itinerary:
   Retreat guests may be asked to provide additional information (e.g., dietary
   preferences, roommate preferences, activity interests) to finalize plans.
   Retreat organizers reserve the right to modify the itinerary, venue, accommodations,
   and activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather,
   vendor availability, or safety concerns.
   Any significant changes will be communicated to guests as soon as possible.
5. Governing Law:
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. By registering for the retreat, you confirm they you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 6. Liability Waiver:
   By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept the following risks including but not limited to physical risks, travel risks, health risks and property risks.
   By attending, you agree that Cozy Girl Getaways and Firak Consulting Group LLC, including their employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred during the retreat.
   This waiver also applies to activities provided by third-party vendors, such as lodging, transportation, or excursions. All guests must comply with health and safety measures established by the organizers.
7. Photography and Media Consent:
   By attending the retreat, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant Cozy Girls Getaways the right to use such media for promotional purposes, including on websites, social media, and marketing materials without compensation.
8. Privacy Policy:
   Information collected during registration is used solely to organize and manage the retreat. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our retreat guests and your personal data will not be shared or sold to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
