Are your getaways structured with a full itinerary?
Nope – and that’s on purposed.
We believe the best magic happens when you have space to slow down.
Our trips include a few optional activities (like bookstore visits or cozy group dinners), but most of the time is yours to spend exactly how you want.
Who are your retreats best suited for?
If you’re a woman who loves books, quiet mornings, soft sweaters, deep conversations, and slow travel – you’ll feel right at home. Our getaways are especially perfect for introverts, book lovers, and anyone seeking a softer, more restful kind of adventure.
Do I have to come with a group, or can I come solo?
You’re welcome either way!
Many women come with a best friend, sister, or small group – but solo travelers are always celebrated.
We create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere where friendships grow naturally (and there’s always plenty of space for alone time, too).
What’s included in the trip?
Each getaway includes thoughtfully selected accommodations (including all meals on-property), a curated welcome package, and a few optional cozy experiences (like bookshop tours, group dinners, or private reading nooks).
We’ll always share the full details for each trip so you know exactly what’s included – and what’s blissfully left out (like endless agendas and stressful schedules).
What should I pack for a Cozy Girls Getaway?
Think soft, comfy, and low-key!
Pack your favorite cozy clothes (sweaters, leggings, comfy shoes), your current read (or a whole stack – we won’t judge), and anything that makes you feel relaxed at home.
We’ll send out a detailed packing guide for each specific retreat, including any special items depending on the destination and season.
What’s your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and understanding as possible.

- Full refunds are available within a certain window after booking (usually 7-14 days).
- Partial refunds may be offered if cancelling closer to the trip date.
- If you need to cancel last-minute, we’ll do our best to fill your spot and refund you if possible. Full cancellation details will be clearly outlined for each getaway before you book, so you’ll always know what to expect.
